Halloween in the hoop FREEBIE!!

I know it is still WAY too HOT to think about halloween here in Texas, but wanted to share a freebie with you now for those who are trying to get a head start on their halloween crafts. Now, I don't profess to be a digitizer so keep that in mind, but this is a cute project idea for teachers and friends who need a "little something" for halloween that doesn't involve calories :>)) It holds a regular size post it note pad. The files are on the side in the box widget and they are in jef and pes format only. Complete instructions are under my tutorial section.
